This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and 3kvip governing your use of the platform, games, promotions, and all associated services. Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any bets.

Each player may hold only one active 3kvip account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension. Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 3kvip platform (accessible at 3kvip.cam), you ("the Player," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 3kvip ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") with respect to your use of the platform. Any prior understandings, representations, or arrangements — whether oral or written — are superseded by this document.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to the 3kvip platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 3kvip conducts age verification checks as part of the standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds confiscated, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. Players are responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration. 3kvip does not make representations as to the legality of online gaming in any specific location. You access the platform entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. During registration you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination without refund of balances where fraud is suspected.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual player may maintain only one registered account on 3kvip. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3kvip reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any associated bonuses. Any withdrawable balance in a legitimately funded duplicate account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3kvip will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 3kvip support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3.1 KYC Verification. 3kvip is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance obligations. You may be asked at any time — and must be prepared — to provide government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
3.2 Account Suspension & Closure. 3kvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, suspicious betting patterns, or failure to complete KYC procedures. In cases of genuine regulatory or compliance concern, funds may be withheld pending investigation by the Company or relevant authorities.
3.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 3kvip customer support. Where no outstanding KYC issues exist and no active bonus wagering requirements are pending, available balances will be returned via your registered withdrawal method. Closure requests made to circumvent self-exclusion obligations will not be honoured.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login or transactional activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 3kvip reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee as detailed in the fee schedule published on the platform, following written notice to the registered email address.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 3kvip currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, Raast Instant Payment System, and Visa/Mastercard where available. Accepted methods may change without prior notice and the current list will always be maintained on the Cashier page.
4.2 Currency. All player accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. 3kvip does not charge currency conversion fees for PKR-denominated transactions, though your financial institution may apply their own charges for which the Company accepts no liability.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is displayed at the point of deposit for each payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will be declined and returned, minus any processing fees charged by the payment provider.
4.4 Third-Party Funding Prohibition. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Funding your 3kvip account using third-party payment instruments is strictly prohibited. Where third-party funding is identified, 3kvip reserves the right to suspend the account and return all funds to the identified source.
5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. 3kvip will not process withdrawal requests from accounts with outstanding identity verification requirements, active chargeback disputes, or accounts under investigation.
5.2 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within one (1) business day. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically reflect in the player's account within hours of processing. HBL and UBL bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on interbank processing schedules.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal in the Cashier. 3kvip reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, as required by anti-money-laundering regulations. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative method may be requested with supporting documentation.
5.5 Bonus Balance. Only real-money balances that are free of active wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 3kvip are subject to their individual promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between individual promotional terms and these general Terms, the individual promotional terms shall prevail for that specific promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) and eligible games are stated in each promotion. Games may contribute at different rates toward wagering completion — for example, live baccarat and table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and any associated free spins have a defined validity period from the date of issue. Any unplayed bonus balance or unmet wagering requirement remaining after expiry will be voided without notice.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 3kvip maintains sophisticated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses across duplicate accounts, employing low-risk betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 3kvip reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and may permanently close the account.
6.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 3kvip reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in the process of being wagered will be honoured under the original terms.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games available on 3kvip utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are conducted by live dealers in real time. 3kvip does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently audited and published.
7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a game error, malfunction, or technical fault, 3kvip reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. The Company's determination regarding any technical fault shall be final.
7.3 Sportsbook – Cricket and Other Markets. All sports betting markets, including PSL and international cricket, are subject to separate sportsbook rules available in the Sports section of the platform. In-play bets accepted after a relevant event has concluded due to a data delay are void. Settlement decisions made by 3kvip in accordance with published sportsbook rules are final and binding.
7.4 Maximum Winnings. 3kvip may impose maximum single-bet or daily winnings limits at its discretion. Players will be notified of applicable limits via the platform. Bets that produce winnings exceeding set limits may be settled at the maximum limit amount.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3kvip platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the express prior written consent of 3kvip.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by players regarding the platform may be used by 3kvip without restriction, compensation, or attribution to the submitting player.
3kvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

12.2 3kvip's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 3kvip in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3kvip makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3kvip's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3kvip holds its operating licence. Any reference to local Pakistani law does not constitute a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction and does not imply that online gaming under these Terms is lawful within Pakistan — players are responsible for assessing their own legal position.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 3kvip platform, you must first contact 3kvip's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 3kvip aims to resolve all player disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
13.3 Escalation. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence 3kvip operates. The decision of such authority shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
